Ligue 1: Lionel Messi Makes Paris Saint-Germain Debut

Lionel Messi came on as a substitute to make his Paris Saint-Germain debut on Sunday however Kylian Mbappe got everyone's attention by scoring the two objectives in a 2-0 win against Reims in Ligue 1. Messi, wearing the number 30 pullover, fell off the seat in the 66th moment to supplant Neymar at the Stade Auguste-Delaune, where fans in the rat 21,000 group had before recited his name as he arose to heat up. The Argentine had not played since showing up in Paris from Barcelona right around three weeks prior, his last appearance in any game tracing all the way back to the Copa America last on July 11, when he drove his country to triumph against Brazil.

The six-time Ballon d'Or victor should sit tight for his first objective with his new club, and his initial beginning, which could come when PSG have Clermont in their next match on September 11.

"I'm extremely glad that he made his presentation. It was vital for him," PSG mentor Mauricio Pochettino told telecaster Amazon Prime after Messi's relaxed first appearance in a PSG shirt.

"He is as yet distant from his best structure however he has been preparing admirably and he will be fit in the following fourteen days, after the worldwide break and, indeed, we are sitting tight for the best from him."
